Classes of 1966 & 1967 Hold Tropical Reunion

The Classes of 1966 and 1967 joined together on Saturday evening, June 25, 2011 during Homecoming Weekend to celebrate their 45 and 44 year reunions respectively at the Wamsutta Club in New Bedford.  Utilizing a tropical theme the FHS alums and friends danced the night away to the Baha Brothers, Jimmy Buffet style band who have opened for Jimmy Buffet and play at his Margueritaville Club in Key West, Florida.  Pictured are the 45 members of the Class of 1966 who were present.

The Class of 1966 culminated their Homecoming Weekend on Sunday, June 26, 2011 by unveiling a stained glass window that they commissioned Artist Susan Berberian ‘73 to create for them as a gift to Fairhaven High School.  The window is the seventh of a series that have been donated to F.H.S. by various classes to be hung in the Rotunda that connects the 1906 building with the 1999 addition to the school.
